I'll stand by you

There is a point where you lose words to express your feelings. A point where something is just on the tip of your tongue but it just won’t come out. It is kind of like walking down the beach, and seeing a sun set over the ocean. It is such a beautiful sight that anyone would love to see over and over again. But you don’t know how to explain what you are seeing. I have come to this point. I see my sunset.

Laugh when you can, apologize when you should. Know that grudges are a waste of happiness. Let go of what you cannot change. Love deeply, forgive quickly, take some chances. Give all you have got. Always try to take things in your stride and smile when you're feeling sad. Remember what you've got but also love and cherish what you have now. Give all that you have, because life is too short to be anything else but happy.

Have you ever been angry or sad, to the point where you just break down at home, in your room? Your parents don't know because you keep the tears to yourself, and you cry silently. Your friends don't know because you talk as if you're fine and dandy behind the computer screen. Well you're not fine and dandy, and you know it. No one really knows how you feel, and they have their own lives to deal with, so you don't bother telling them, you bottle it up, and store it with the other problems or troubles.

Sometimes you have to run away so you can see who will run after you. Sometimes you have to talk quieter, just to see who’s actually listening. Sometimes you have to take a step back, just to see who’s still standing by your side. Sometimes you have to make a wrong decision, just to see who’s there when it all falls down. Sometimes you have to let go of the one you love, just to see if they love you enough to come back.

The fact that you cannot kiss your elbow is enough to make you realize that some things seem to be so close, yet they are bound to be beyond your reach.

You know what really hurts? When you think that you put all your trust into someone and they end up being unloyal. When you know the truth, ask them about it and they think they can just lie to your face. When you have this perfect image of someone makes you realise the truth. When everyone tells you it's not worth it and a part of you wants to hold on.
